Honestly, I’m not sure why 2squaredagency or Unlike Humans even bother asking for feedback since they don’t reply to emails about delivery issues to fix things. Hope you never have to send anything back; I’ve reached out to both email addresses and haven’t heard a peep. I ordered an XL but got a Medium that was bagged and labeled as an XL... still no reply, which just adds to the pile of bad reviews.

Fantastic products and excellent customer care

This was my first time ordering a trainer, and I can say for sure I won’t be buying anything from your online store again. I’ll be spreading the word to my friends and family to steer clear as well. I ordered a size 8 trainer, but what I got looks more like a size 10—it's huge! Plus, the return process is really lacking. I’ve called customer service over six times, and it’s been a terrible experience.

I ordered a couple of hoodies and a vest from Unlike Humans, sticking to my usual Size Medium. But when they showed up, they were way too big. I accepted that and forked out £5.55 to send them back for a refund, but I still wanted those items, so I went ahead and bought them again, even though my refund hadn’t come through yet. When the second batch arrived, I was shocked by how inconsistent the sizing was. One hoodie fit just right (size S), but the other was huge—bigger than the Medium I returned earlier! It came in a small bag, and the tag said Small. I also got two sweatshirts, both in size S. One was fine, but the other felt like an XS. I ordered another vest in Medium (the first one fit great), but the second one was a bit snug! I’ve been trying to reach out to the company because I don’t think this is on me. I’m really eager to have these items for my holiday and have been looking forward to them. But I haven’t heard back from the company! I’m holding off on saying anything negative for now, as I want to give them a chance to sort this out, and I hope they do before my trip! I get that mistakes happen, but the first time was on me, and I paid to fix that. Now, I don’t think I should have to pay again, but I do want the right sizes I ordered! I’ve sent the company some pictures, and I’m hoping for a quick reply. Once they do, I’ll update this review to reflect a positive experience, fingers crossed! I’ll keep you posted on what happens next because it’s only fair to give them time to resolve it.

Update: I reached out to Unlike Humans and spoke with a guy named Adam who was super helpful. He was really great! I’m still waiting for the email confirmation about what I’m sending back. They’re setting up a collection and sending me the correct items. As of now, I haven’t received that confirmation yet, but I’ll update this review once I do and share my honest thoughts on the company.

Solid products that arrived quickly. I'm really pleased with the quality.

I got sent stuff that didn’t match what was shown on the website where I made my order. So, I called them up and was told to send some pictures, which I did. Then they informed me that the items I wanted were no longer available. They offered to swap the items for something else or give me a refund, which was a nice gesture, but honestly, it felt like a total joke. They said they’d pick up the wrongly sent items from my place. I sent three emails trying to set up that collection, but I got no reply. It’s just disgusting. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one picked up. Eventually, I returned three items (paid for the postage myself) and included a return slip. Two days later, I got a refund for two of the items. I sent another email and tried calling again, but still no answer. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Their customer service is a complete mess. If I could give them a zero-star rating, I absolutely would.

This is my first time ordering from this brand, and to be real, I hadn't heard of it before. I'm not much of an online shopper, so I was a bit worried, but thankfully my package arrived. I ordered a jacket and some trainers, and everything seemed fine until I only received the jacket. I never got any notification or email explaining why the trainers were missing. The odd part is, I can still see them listed online, so I thought maybe they were sold out, but now I'm just confused.
